Armando Montelongo, real estate expert and CEO/Founder of Armando Montelongo Companies, today announced the acquisition of a Berkshire Hathaway property in San Antonio, Texas, where he will be establishing his new company headquarters.
The property, located just off the Wurzbach Parkway, also will provide office space for businesses in the area.
As an influential businessman with diverse interests across multiple platforms, Montelongo has built a powerhouse portfolio of companies that span real estate, education and investment. With the acquisition of this new property, Montelongo will contribute to the revitalization of the local economy.

The property originally was owned by Berkshire, a corporation led by Chairman and CEO Warren Buffett that engages in diverse business activities, including property and casualty insurance and reinsurance, utilities and energy, freight rail transportation, finance, manufacturing, retailing, and services.
